We looked for ways to achieve our vision and concept of using grain that was nutritious and home grown to manufacture stock feeds near you that were commercially formulated.Īfter a careful and well-considered refinement process, we ended up with an exceptionally high quality grain and this led to an ever-increasing knowledge and understanding of nutrition and how important it is if you want to keep any form of livestock strong, healthy, and productive. In our first year, we managed to sell just forty tonnes of grain but we knew that our vision could be achieved if we carried on working hard and doing our best. Success did not come immediately, as like all things worth having, it took time and effort for our business to grow and thrive. We first started producing stock feed in 1982 and initially all of our animal feeds were created from a small, kitchen bench and our produce was delivered in a small but reliable Ford 600 Tipper. Our current success and reputation all stem from very humble origins. Unlike other companies, we don’t want to hoard that knowledge and experience for just our benefit, we want to share it with the wider livestock farming community so that everyone within the industry can benefit from our hard work and commitment. We have been supplying farms with stock feed in Victoria, Bendigo, Melbourne and all of Australia for almost four decades and during that time we have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience.
